ACT Writing Test

The ACT Writing test consists of one essay question that must be completed within 40 minutes. It’s designed to measure your ability to write an argumentative essay. The test consists of a single writing prompt which presents an issue and then describes three different perspectives about the issue. You will need to analyze and evaluate the perspectives that are given, and also state your own perspective. Finally, you must explain the relationship between your perspective and those given.
