Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam

The Florida Real Estate Sales exam includes 100 multiple-choice questions organized into 19 content areas. Topics covered include the rules of real estate licensing, professional standards of ethical conduct, and the calculations of conducting a real estate transaction. Candidates will demonstrate an understanding of Florida’s real estate laws, contracts, and the principles of appraisal.
